Recruiter – SaaS & AI Talent Acquisition

About the role

Sidetrade is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Corporate functions. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process in a fast‑growing SaaS and AI environment, partnering closely with leaders to secure top‑tier candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Hire for a wide range of roles including Go‑to‑Market, Tech, Product, Data, and G&A positions.
• Develop deep knowledge of Sidetrade’s business, culture, and growth roadmap to act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Build proactive pipelines using direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent mapping.
• Provide regular pipeline reporting, market benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure a world‑class candidate experience aligned with Sidetrade’s brand and values.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting in SaaS, Tech, or AI environments.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and proactive talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
