Quality Engineer (M/F)

About the role

The company is seeking a qualified Quality Engineer (M/F) for a permanent position in the Sologne area, based in Blois. The role focuses on industrial and product quality within the aerospace and defence sectors, ensuring compliance with EN 9100 standards and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems aligned with EN 9100.
• Monitor and improve industrial and product quality processes.
• Lead project management activities related to quality initiatives and industrialisation.
• Conduct audits, root‑cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supply‑chain teams to ensure quality objectives are met.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience in quality engineering.
• Experience in aerospace or defence environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of EN 9100 standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive industrialisation.
