Quality Conformance Manager Leader M/F

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Quality Conformance Manager Leader to join the Final Assembly Line (FAL) Single Aisle Operational Quality department in Toulouse, France. You will support the A320 Family Final Assembly Line by driving corrective quality management, crisis resolution, and transformation projects that ensure product safety, process compliance, and continuous reduction of non‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sector Quality Corrective Managers (QCMs) and co‑define quality improvement priorities with Unit Leaders and Unit Quality Leaders.
• Head Level 3 PPS Multi‑Functional Teams, act as methodological coach for root‑cause analysis and process confirmation, and pilot complex incidents (9‑series, PSS 3‑4, QSR, SARI).
• Ensure cross‑site and cross‑FAL alignment, sharing feedback and implementing robust multi‑level corrective actions.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly quality performance reviews for senior management and advance the maturity of AOS QPS building blocks.
• Act as Key User for the NQ AI Analytics tool, drive its deployment, monitor adherence KPIs, and lead change‑management from shop‑floor to top management.

Required profile

• Confirmed professional experience in operations or quality management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex crises.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
