Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Prodasynth is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain its Quality Management System (QMS) across the production of aroma chemicals and ingredients for the flavours & fragrances industry. The role ensures compliance with French regulatory bodies, health‑safety‑environment standards and drives continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the QMS, ensuring alignment with DREAL, HSE and environmental regulations.
• Manage certifications, internal and external audits, and customer quality assessments.
• Oversee regulatory documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and process improvements.
• Supervise product documentation such as safety data sheets (SDS), specifications and compliance files.
• Coordinate risk assessments and preventive actions related to quality and safety.
• Collaborate closely with Production, QC and R&D teams to embed a strong quality and safety culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or regulatory roles within the chemical or related industries.
• Professional proficiency in French and English (or Spanish).
