About the role
The Purchasing Manager will lead the procurement function, aligning the buying strategy with the company's objectives and driving cost‑optimization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deploy the purchasing strategy in line with corporate goals.
- Identify and activate levers for cost reduction and overall performance improvement.
- Lead and manage tender processes, from preparation to award.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication in French and English.
