PSP Financial Analyst

About the role

The PSP Financial Analyst will support payment operations across multiple service providers, ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and performance. Working with large financial datasets, you will investigate discrepancies, optimise costs, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships and communication with payment service providers, ensuring contractual compliance.
• Monitor account balances across various payment systems and maintain strong financial control.
• Analyse provider fees, exchange rates, commissions and contract terms to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Reconcile transaction records with provider statements, investigate discrepancies and guarantee financial accuracy.
• Oversee timely processing of customer payouts and company withdrawals while resolving payment‑related issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date payment process documentation and recommend improvements based on financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, finance operations, payment operations, reconciliation or a related finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency for written communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including handling large datasets.
• Experience performing reconciliations, balance controls and transaction analysis.
• Familiarity with Tableau or other business‑intelligence tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
