Project Manager – Service & Maintenance (France)

About the role

Join HoSt Group’s new office in Rennes and manage service operations for advanced energy installations across France, Spain and Italy. You will coordinate service activities, ensure the reliability of biogas and CO₂ recovery plants, and work closely with clients, technicians and subcontractors in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities and prepare quotations and contracts.
• Perform cost calculations for maintenance contracts versus refurbishment projects.
• Supervise work execution in line with quality, HSE and safety standards.
• Identify and report unsafe situations.
• Select and manage external resources and contractors.
• Invoice completed work and monitor project progress.
• Produce periodic reports and process maintenance documentation.
• Optimize processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar service & maintenance role.
• Strong affinity for sustainable installation maintenance.
• High safety awareness and good communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and maintenance management systems.
