Project Manager – Service & Maintenance (France)

About the role

As a Project Manager – Service & Maintenance at HoSt Group, you will oversee service operations for biogas and CO₂ recovery installations across Southern Europe, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with service agreements. Based in Rennes, you will coordinate activities in France, Spain and Italy, working closely with clients, technicians and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities and prepare quotations and contracts.
• Perform cost calculations for maintenance contracts versus refurbishment projects.
• Supervise work execution in line with quality, HSE and safety standards.
• Select and manage external resources and subcontractors.
• Invoice completed work and monitor project progress, providing regular reports.
• Process maintenance reports and optimise processes to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service and maintenance project management.
• Strong safety awareness and good communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using maintenance management systems.
