Project Manager & Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative and delivery‑oriented Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead strategic IT projects within our global IT Operations & Infrastructure organization. In this dual role you will combine classic project leadership with Scrum Master responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and with high quality while fostering Agile ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor strategic IT initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments and coaching continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, engineers and external partners to define requirements and deliver digital solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, status reporting and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Drive adoption of Agile practices across the organization and support the transition of teams to Scrum.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
