Project Manager – Professional Services (Field Role)

About the role

BD is seeking a Project Manager for its Professional Services team to lead agile delivery of software and hardware solutions in hospital environments across Europe. You will act as the central liaison between BD, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive active/agile project management for multiple software and hardware solutions in the hospital sector.
• Develop and maintain project plans that address national and international customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth, on‑time implementation to meet revenue commitments.
• Control project finances, report progress, and forecast outcomes to BD management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate all BD‑customer interactions.
• Lead internal alignment meetings and conduct onsite appointments at customer sites.
• Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Team‑player attitude, proactive and hands‑on approach.
• Valid driver’s licence, passport, and willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Deep knowledge of IT processes and solutions.
