Project Manager – Paper Packaging

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our Paris office and act as the bridge between our European clients and high‑performance manufacturing facilities in Asia. The role focuses on custom paper packaging projects, ensuring client expectations are met while coordinating production across continents.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage relationships with clients in France and Italy.
• Gather detailed requirements for custom paper packaging, including delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Translate client needs into feasible packaging solutions and coordinate with Asian factories.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, verify equipment compatibility, and optimise designs for cost, quality and timing.
• Lead projects from requirement confirmation through final delivery, overcoming cross‑regional communication challenges.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in the paper packaging sector, including production processes and machinery capabilities.
• Either a Packaging Engineer moving into end‑to‑end project management or a Project Manager with at least two years of experience in packaging.
• Native‑level French or Italian and professional English; Chinese is a plus.
