Project Manager – Luxury Leather Goods Hardware

About the role

Yibi Group is seeking a France‑based Project Manager to lead luxury leather goods hardware projects for its European fashion clients. You will act as the primary liaison between French luxury brands and Yibi’s design, engineering and manufacturing teams in China, overseeing the full product development cycle from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hardware projects, including briefing, technical alignment, sampling, approval and production delivery.
• Serve as the main contact for French luxury clients, translating requirements to internal teams.
• Support hardware development through sample review, technical feedback and feasibility evaluation.
• Track timelines, milestones and risks to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate cross‑border communication between French clients and China‑based teams.
• Assist in client meetings, product reviews and long‑term partnership development.
• Continuously improve project management processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in luxury leather goods hardware or related manufacturing.
• Experience working with French or European luxury fashion brands is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of hardware development, sampling and production coordination.
• Fluent in English and proficient in French for client communication.
• Currently based in France.

• Experience with surface finishing processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows.
