Project Manager

About the role

The Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of small‑to‑medium sized construction and development projects worldwide. You will work within a client‑facing environment, ensuring projects are executed to high quality, safety and governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the full Project Management Process across assigned projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities for small‑medium projects with minimal supervision.
• Support larger programmes, capture knowledge, and drive innovation.
• Facilitate risk and value management workshops and maintain risk registers.
• Administer contracts, produce monthly reports, and chair project meetings.
• Deliver all outputs accurately, on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality assurance and client governance procedures.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and liaise with senior PMs as needed.

Required profile

• Degree qualified (any discipline) or equivalent experience.
• Working towards or holding MAPM, MRICS, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified Project Manager, MSP or Risk Management qualifications.
• Proven ability to respond confidently to client requests and escalate issues appropriately.
• Strong resilience, resourcefulness and ethical standards.
• Experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and managing supply‑chain teams.
