Project Manager – Events

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Project Manager for its Fever Originals team in Paris. You will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences, work with the teams and directly with partners, providers and venues, and help grow Fever's pipeline of original events. The office is open Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage events from conception to delivery, together with the team lead and other departments
• Own the strategic planning, execution and reporting of key strategic experiences
• Define how each event can be scaled to other markets
• Analyse business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose process improvements and drive high customer satisfaction
• Manage events with existing partners and build new relationships, and coordinate with internal teams
• Work with the marketing team to ensure events perform well on ticket sales and coverage
• Manage, report on and grow revenue from events and experiences
• Represent the Fever brand at events and make data-informed decisions, including P&L analysis
• Work with the global events team on brands in other markets

Required profile

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background; no events background required
• Fluent French and English, with excellent oral and written communication
• Strong analytical, relationship management and organisational skills, solution-focused and highly organised
• Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work streams
• Collaborative, curious and able to build positive working relationships

Required skills

• Essential: Excel and PowerPoint
• Plus: knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram, strong academic background
