Project Management Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Support Specialist to assist our International Customer in delivering IT projects. The role involves close collaboration with Project Managers and various internal teams to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project documentation, repositories, and files.
• Monitor progress, collect actuals and forecasts, and update schedules.
• Prepare regular status and management reports.
• Support Project Boards and governance meetings with documentation and reporting.
• Maintain registers for risks, issues, actions, and quality.
• Assist with configuration management and maintain configuration records.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, governance standards, and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of higher education.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT project support, PMO, or coordination.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PM², or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
