Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the site leadership team of a leading manufacturer. Reporting to senior site leadership, you will own day‑to‑day production operations, driving operational excellence on the shop floor and in strategic meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and embed Lean Manufacturing principles across the site.
• Plan shifts, allocate resources and schedule production in a complex, high‑volume environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor output, quality and efficiency (OEE) against key performance indicators.
• Communicate effectively with shop‑floor teams and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to site‑wide leadership decisions and long‑term operational strategy.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• High resilience and ability to manage complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English and French.
