Production Agent – Extrusion & Coating Line

About the role

The Production Agent works on an extrusion‑coating‑needle‑punching, cutting and rolling line to keep production running smoothly while ensuring product quality, safety and productivity. Reporting to the Foreman, the role is part of a shift team operating on a 5×8 continuous schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Follow QHSE guidelines, report deviations or incidents, and wear mandatory PPE.
• Support external companies during regulatory inspections.
• Assist with line setup, including raw material and packaging preparation.
• Restock workstations, help operators start‑up and shut‑down the line.
• Monitor extrusion, coating, needling and rolling processes.
• Inspect visual and dimensional quality (width, diameter, appearance).
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and participate in weekly and shutdown cleaning.

Required profile

• CAP/BEP‑level diploma or equivalent industrial experience.
• Minimum 2 years in an automated industrial environment (textiles, plastics, food processing, etc.).
• Strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, punctuality and teamwork in a shift setting.
