Product Owner – Flight Testing Applications

About the role

Tata Technologies is seeking two Product Owners to lead the development of complex flight‑testing applications. Based in Toulouse, you will work closely with the Flight Testing department and ensure that the software solutions meet performance standards and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the product vision, aligning development with departmental goals.
• Lead long‑term delivery, ensuring roadmap milestones are met on schedule.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinating two development teams and hundreds of end‑users.
• Adjust strategy as needed to address dependencies, delays, or obstacles.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Airbus or similar aerospace environments.
• Background in software development delivery, preferably with a relevant diploma or certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Agile practices.
• Ability to manage a product roadmap in a data‑driven, structured manner.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering teams on low‑level, complex technical topics.
