Product Manager – Sales AI

About the role

Alan is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of its Sales AI platform. You will shape the product vision, translate user needs into a roadmap, and work closely with design, engineering and sales teams to deliver AI‑driven tools that boost sales effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy for the Sales AI solution, covering the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and sales stakeholders to create detailed specifications and prioritize features.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and internal data to identify opportunities for AI‑powered automation.
• Drive the product roadmap, ensure timely delivery, and measure impact on win rates and sales productivity.
• Act as the bridge between the AI platform team and the sales organization, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a product manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI‑enabled products.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the challenges faced by account executives.
• Ability to translate complex user problems into clear product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (roadmapping, backlog grooming, agile delivery).
• Data‑driven decision making and basic analytics.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in sales tools.
