About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who thrives on solving complex business challenges and building enterprise‑grade SaaS solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will own a key product area, shaping strategy, defining priorities, and driving outcomes that create measurable value for customers and the business.
Key responsibilities
- Own a core product area from discovery and strategy through delivery, optimization, and long‑term evolution.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Identify high‑impact opportunities and translate complex workflows, customer insights, and data into clear product direction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to develop innovative, high‑quality product experiences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and guide continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful product positioning, adoption, and value realization.
- Drive prioritization decisions and navigate ambiguity while making informed trade‑offs in enterprise environments.
Required profile
- Significant experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with end‑to‑end ownership of major initiatives.
- Strong product management expertise with the ability to identify meaningful problems and prioritize impactful solutions.
- Proven experience translating customer feedback, data analysis, and business requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making capabilities.
Required skills
- Product management expertise in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data‑intensive SaaS products (considered an asset).
