Product Manager – Identity Verification

About the role

Betclic is looking for a Product Manager to lead its Identity Verification (KYC) product. You will shape the strategy, roadmap and delivery of solutions that ensure smooth, automated and high‑quality identity checks for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand user needs and market challenges around identity verification.
• Conduct competitive and technology watch, feeding insights into product discussions.
• Own the product discovery phase, identifying high‑impact projects that maximise automation and quality.
• Manage relationships with key verification partners.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, frame projects, ensure timely delivery and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (countries, domains, IT, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather requirements and share updates.
• Continuously improve rule sets and algorithms, monitor KPIs daily, and conduct functional analyses during incidents.
• Use SQL to analyse and manipulate data for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Passionate, curious professional with a strong sense of kindness and enthusiasm.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Interest in project management, data‑driven innovation and product design.
