Product & Environmental Quality Manager (F/H)

About the role

The Product & Environmental Quality Manager will join the Environment Team and report to the Innovation and Biodiversity Director. You will lead the implementation of sustainable leather supply practices, chemicals compliance, and water policy across the group.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor LWG certification for tanneries, conduct supply‑chain audits and produce annual reports.
• Set and execute ZDHC targets, manage the ZDHC MRSL, and update the LVMH Product Restricted Substances List for fashion, leather goods, watches and jewelry.
• Oversee testing program selection, hazardous substance monitoring, and water/soil pollution tracking for all LVMH activities.
• Represent the group in external forums such as Comité Colbert, ZDHC, and GFA, and support suppliers in compliance and green‑chemistry initiatives.
• Monitor group water targets, consolidate annual reporting, share best practices and drive related projects.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks.
• Proven cross‑functional management and communication abilities.
• Methodical, rigorous approach to sustainability projects.
