Product Development Manager – Paula's Collections & Capsules

About the role

LOEWE is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the creation of Paula’s Collections and Capsules, guiding each piece from initial sketches through to final production. You will work closely with the design studio, manufacturers, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless translation of creative concepts into market‑ready garments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor prototype development and final launches in collaboration with manufacturers.
• Identify and propose new partners that meet the studio’s creative requirements.
• Assess feasibility, pricing, and industrialisation challenges early in the process.
• Participate in fittings, manage comments, and produce accurate tech packs, BOMs, and launch documentation.
• Recommend manufacturing and embroidery techniques, sourcing appropriate materials.
• Maintain continuous communication with the studio and collection merchandising teams.
• Update PLM daily, ensuring data accuracy and reliable scheduling.
• Verify product compliance, manage handovers to production, and support normalization fittings.
• Track budgets, monitor invoicing, and negotiate prices with suppliers.

Required profile

• Strong garment knowledge and mastery of technical language.
• Proven ability to coordinate creative and commercial requirements.
• Experience with PLM systems and BOM management.
• Track record of budget management and price negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners.
