Product Designer

About the role

Design intuitive and elegant interfaces that make complex legal workflows feel effortless. At Novera, we are redefining how businesses handle contracts and compliance through AI‑powered design. As a Product Designer you will join a small, fast‑moving team shaping the future of legal technology, collaborating with engineers, product managers and legal experts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of end‑to‑end product experiences, from research to high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define features that balance usability and compliance.
• Evolve and maintain Novera’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Conduct user testing and translate feedback into design improvements.
• Contribute to the overall product vision and brand expression.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably SaaS or B2B.
• Strong visual sense and solid understanding of accessibility principles.
• Ability to simplify complex systems into clear, user‑friendly flows.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.

• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Framer.
