Product Designer (Hybrid, Paris)

About the role

Youtrust is looking for an intermediate Product Designer to join its Design team in Paris. You will work within a cross‑functional squad, collaborating with a Product Manager, developers and Product Marketing to create simple, intuitive interfaces for its digital trust platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery with the squad’s PM, run user research and co‑design workshops to frame problems against OKRs.
• Design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes that respect the new brand identity and technical constraints.
• Test solutions with users, hand‑off designs to developers, and support releases and post‑launch KPI tracking.
• Contribute to the Design System, improve accessibility, and help structure design‑ops processes (Figma files, documentation, handoff).
• Share AI‑enhanced workflows, help design AI features, and participate in design critiques and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on SaaS products.
• Strong command of French (C2) and English (C1).
• Hands‑on experience conducting user interviews, usability tests and turning insights into design decisions.
• Interest in design operations, accessibility (WCAG) and AI tools.

Required skills

• Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables, interactive prototypes).
• User research and usability testing.
• Design system creation and contribution.
• Basic accessibility knowledge (WCAG).

• Base salary €48,000‑€57,000 per year plus up to €2,000 variable.
