Procurement Manager for Aftermarket Services - Flight Hour Services (M/F)

About the role

Join Airbus' Systems Aftermarket Procurement team to lead the supplier landscape for Flight Hour Services (FHS). You will be responsible for shaping equipment, systems and services procurement that supports over 1,800 aircraft worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage a portfolio of US and European suppliers.
• Lead calls for tenders, negotiate cost‑reduction opportunities and drive contracts to signature.
• Ensure compliance between contract terms and supplier activities.
• Coordinate with Customer Services, Programs, Supply Chain, Engineering and Legal to align procurement actions.
• Maintain professional, ethical relationships with major aeronautical industry players.
• Oversee a procurement spend of around USD 20 million with a 20 % annual growth.
• Travel to supplier sites as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in equipment, systems or services procurement, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to work with multi‑national suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance and ethics standards in a global environment.
