Procurement Contract Manager – Toulouse

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to join its Procurement Contractual Governance team in Toulouse, France. You will work with a multinational group of experts to shape and maintain Airbus' procurement contract framework, ensuring safety, efficiency, and innovation across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and update procurement templates such as Purchasing Agreements, NDAs and Amendments.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, insurance and export‑control teams to guarantee compliance with international regulations and Airbus policies.
• Standardise and simplify contractual processes across all Airbus divisions to boost operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic advice and negotiation support to Commodity Managers on complex projects (e.g., sustainability, IP, digital tools).
• Lead contractual governance projects, defining policies, milestones and ensuring timely delivery of new standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business or a related field with a focus on procurement.
• 3‑5 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex procurement or commercial contracts.
• Proven project‑management abilities and experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
