Process Engineer

About the role

Remedy Metals is seeking a Process Engineer to help move its breakthrough magneto‑electrochemical technology from the laboratory to pilot‑scale demonstration. The role is ideal for an early‑career engineer who wants to grow quickly in a hands‑on deep‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support scale‑up of laboratory processes toward pilot operation, including mass and energy balances.
• Perform process calculations, optimise operating conditions and assist with equipment sizing.
• Participate in the design, commissioning and testing of the pilot plant.
• Contribute to future industrial plant preparation, safety and risk assessments, and environmental/regulatory compliance workstreams.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or MSc in Chemical, Process, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in process engineering, pilot operations or industrial R&D (chemicals, metallurgy, energy, etc.). Recent graduates with strong internships are also considered.
• Basic understanding of chemical/industrial process engineering and interest in scale‑up.
• Professional English and valid work authorization for France.
