Press & VIP Coordinator

About the role

The Press & VIP Coordinator supports the Press Department in daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of press and VIP activities for a globally renowned luxury fashion house. This role involves managing showroom logistics, sample trafficking, media monitoring, and event preparation during Fashion Week and other key moments.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date schedules and support daily activities of the Press and VIP Department.
• Manage sample trafficking, coordinate requests, shipments and returns with regional teams and PR agencies.
• Organise and present the showroom, including collection setup, referencing and maintenance.
• Handle press and VIP requests such as fittings, editorial placements and celebrity‑related activities.
• Scout new talent, anticipate VIP proposals and coordinate gifting programmes.
• Participate in media monitoring, KPI tracking, daily coverage recaps and monthly reports.
• Assist in the preparation of fashion shows, press presentations and special events.
• Liaise with internal departments (Marketing, Studio, Production, Logistics, Commercial) for coordination and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in public relations within fashion or luxury, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and global media environments.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and highly reliable.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Launchmetrics.
• Proficiency with Lefty/Kolsquare.
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite.
