Preschool English Teacher – Bilingual (CDI) – Paris

About the role

École M is seeking a passionate English teacher for its bilingual preschool network in Paris. The role involves teaching children aged 3‑6 in English, working alongside a French‑speaking colleague, and contributing to a personalized, innovative learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English instruction in mixed‑age classrooms (3‑6 years) together with a French‑speaking co‑teacher.
• Develop class work plans aligned with the school’s project and the national curriculum.
• Set individualized academic and socio‑emotional goals for each child.
• Maintain regular communication with families, colleagues and students.
• Participate in network development, collaborating with researchers, designers and fellow educators.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of preschool teaching experience, preferably in diverse international settings.
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and organized personality.
• Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools.
• Native or near‑native English speaker.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English language teaching for early childhood.
