Preschool English Teacher – Bilingual (CDI) – Paris

About the role

École M is looking for a passionate English teacher to join its bilingual preschool network in Paris. You will work in a mixed‑age classroom (ages 3‑6) alongside a French‑speaking colleague, delivering English lessons that align with the school’s innovative pedagogy.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3‑6 in a collaborative, mixed‑age setting.
• Develop and adapt class work plans in line with the national curriculum and the school’s project.
• Define individualized academic and socio‑emotional goals for each child.
• Maintain regular communication with families, colleagues, and students.
• Contribute to the network’s development by collaborating with researchers, designers, and fellow educators.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of preschool teaching experience, preferably in diverse educational systems.
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and well‑organized.
• Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools.
• Native or near‑native English speaker.
