Practice Leader Workday France

About the role

Accenture's Workday Business Group is looking for a Practice Leader to build, lead and develop its Workday practice in France. The role sits within a group of professionals focused on Workday and aligned across Europe, in a priority market for Workday and Accenture in France. You will manage the Workday business in France while maintaining partnerships with Workday and other relevant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and help grow the existing team, and expand it to support business growth
• Manage jointly agreed targets for sales, revenues and profitability with sales executives, client account leaders and delivery leaders
• Take part in sales and delivery activities suited to your experience and ambition
• Maintain relationships with Workday and other partners in the talent domain
• Collaborate with other Accenture entities while keeping clients' interests at heart

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English and French
• Experience leading and expanding a practice of professionals
• Experience in sales cycles at large global clients and in delivering large-scale HR transformation
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication

Required skills

• Preferred: extensive experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation
• Preferred: Workday implementation and sales cycle experience
• Preferred: leading diverse onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
• Preferred: certified in Workday PM/EM and/or other project management or agile methodologies
• Preferred: fluency in another European language
