About the role

The position is a Hospital Practitioner (PH) in Clinical Hematology at a medium‑sized hospital located 55 minutes by TGV from Paris. The service includes 7 conventional beds, a day‑hospital unit with 15 places (about 25 daily passages), and close collaboration with the CHU of Lille and Amiens.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all hematology pathologies except LAM under 65 years and aplastic anemia.
• Perform autologous stem‑cell transplants (autografts) – experience since 2013.
• Participate in the weekly multidisciplinary hematology meeting (RCP) and remote conferences with partner university hospitals.
• Provide on‑call coverage for hematology emergencies.
• Engage in clinical research projects, including collaboration with the LYSA and IFM centers.
• Conduct outpatient consultations (1‑2 per week) and support day‑hospital activities.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor degree with a DES in Hematology or a DES in Internal Medicine with a strong interest in hematology.
• Experience in hematology patient care and transplant procedures.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with university hospitals.
• Motivation for clinical research and scientific publication.

Required skills

• Autograft procedures.
• Clinical research coordination.
