POA Requirements Manager (f/m)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a POA Requirements Manager to join the Surveillance & POA Compliance – QT department in Toulouse. You will work within the QTOR – POA Requirements team to develop continuous compliance solutions for EASA Part‑21G safety and airworthiness regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with EASA, negotiating regulatory topics and protecting business interests.
• Maintain continuous Part‑21G compliance and manage the Production Organisation Exposure Manual (POM A30).
• Oversee POA nominee rules and improve scope‑of‑work granularity in collaboration with authorities.
• Define business requirements and test scenarios for the digitalisation of POA activities (the “My POA” tool).
• Provide expert support on EASA findings, scope changes, transformation projects and deliver POA training across the organisation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in Quality, Programme or Operations.
• Strong technical expertise in POA regulations and the EASA Part‑21G framework (or a demonstrated willingness to learn).
• Proven problem‑solving methodology and technical writing skills (procedures, formal reports).
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication abilities in a multicultural environment.
