Plant Finance Controller

About the role

Forvia is seeking a Plant Finance Controller to ensure reliable financial information and drive the financial performance of its manufacturing plant. The role combines accounting accuracy, budgeting, cost analysis, and investment evaluation within a fast‑changing automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the accuracy of accounting and financial data in line with Group, Business Group and Division policies.
• Maintain budgetary control, develop plant budgets, forecasts and reporting according to Business Group procedures.
• Identify and analyse variances between forecasted and actual results.
• Monitor raw‑material costs, margins on goods sold and validate economic justification of investments.
• Control operating cash flow, including investment cash flow, accounts receivable, payable and related investments.
• Provide recommendations and support for plant‑level decisions and participate in action‑plan development and financial follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably within an automotive program team.
• Proficiency with SAP and financial reporting tools.
• Fluent English; automotive industry experience is a plus.
