People Business Partner

About the role

As a People Business Partner within Contentsquare’s People & Culture team, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders of a fast‑growing business unit. You will blend strategic guidance with hands‑on execution to drive high performance, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the management team on strategic people topics such as workforce planning, succession planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, skills development, employee relations and engagement.
• Provide coaching and consultation to managers and leaders to improve work relationships, productivity, performance and employee experience.
• Anticipate organisational change impacts, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure successful transitions.
• Ensure leadership continuity and development through talent management processes, collaborating with Learning & Development and Centre of Excellence teams.
• Promote a climate aligned with Contentsquare’s values and culture to deepen adoption, strengthen engagement and boost performance.
• Collaborate with HR partners across Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal and other functions to deliver integrated people solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record as an HR Business Partner in fast‑paced global companies.
• Solid knowledge of French labour law; familiarity with other European labour regulations is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, from entry‑level staff to the C‑suite.
