Partner Solutions Engineer – France

About the role

Cloudera is looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to join its Partner Sales Engineering team in France. You will act as the technical champion within the partner ecosystem, helping customers turn complex data into actionable insights using Cloudera’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate Cloudera products and engage partners to secure technical wins.
• Design solutions based on reference architectures and common patterns.
• Lead use‑case discovery workshops with customers or prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to showcase solution value.
• Present product roadmaps and inspire larger visions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a unified Cloudera voice.
• Advocate partner and customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.
• Participate in external evangelism activities such as meetups, webinars, and blogs.

Required profile

• Fluent in one or more DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Git, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell) or SQL/database technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Self‑learner who stays current on the Cloudera stack and its value proposition.
• Bias toward action, strong ownership, and excellent written and verbal communication.
