Partner District Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Partner District Manager to drive commercial performance and growth of franchise partners across France. You will act as a trusted business advisor, using retail expertise and data‑driven insight to help partners deliver a strong Levi’s® consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of an assigned portfolio of franchise partners and stores.
• Analyze sales and operational KPIs to identify opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their primary business contact.
• Lead regular business reviews and create action plans to improve sales, profitability and productivity.
• Influence partner decisions through data‑driven recommendations and commercial insight.
• Support partners in optimizing assortment, inventory management and store productivity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide coaching and feedback.
• Support store openings, relocations, refurbishments and other network development projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail, franchise management, district management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, business performance drivers and P&L management.
• Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Commercially minded with a track record of driving sales and profitable growth.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Fluent in French and English and willing to travel extensively across France (50‑70% of the time).

• Salary range €52,600 – €70,100 gross per year, based on experience and performance.
