Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist – Paris

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the legal team of an international medical device company in Paris. This hands‑on position blends contract lifecycle management, compliance administration, and legal operations support within a fast‑growing, globally active organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end contract lifecycle management, including filing, tracking, and maintaining templates in the contract management system.
• Maintain legal databases, tracking tools, and document‑management systems.
• Assist with compliance processes such as sanctions screening, anti‑gift policy monitoring, and sunshine regulations using dedicated e‑tools.
• Support corporate filings and coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document legalisation.
• Track and report on compliance training activities and manage the e‑training platform and legal e‑repository.
• Ensure legal references are accurately reflected across documents and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a paralegal, either in‑house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, documentation, and compliance frameworks.
• Fluent English; French proficiency strongly preferred for a Paris‑based role.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using document‑management tools.
