OSS Improvement Manager – Cabin Procurement

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an OSS Improvement Manager to join the Cabin Procurement Department in Toulouse. You will work within the Cabin FAL Interface Back Office team, focusing on continuous improvement, supplier performance, and quality monitoring for cabin products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Rework Cost Validation negotiations to allocate liability for non‑conformities between production and suppliers.
• Drive cross‑departmental improvement projects to address recurring cabin product and process quality issues.
• Design and monitor OSS contractual terms, performance targets, and financial claim structures across programs.
• Develop data‑driven performance and budget reports using digital tools to support strategic purchasing and operations.
• Define external coordination agreements and implement operational processes across global FAL sites.

Required profile

• Professional experience in procurement, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality or operations within the aeronautics industry.
• Academic background in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, supply chain or a related field.
• Proven expertise in cost negotiation, non‑conformity liability validation and supplier contract oversight.
• Fluent English communication skills.
