Operations EHS Focal – France

About the role

Boeing Global Services is seeking an Operations EHS Focal for France to lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) programs. Based in Senlis, the role ensures compliance with French regulations and Boeing standards while fostering a strong safety culture across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Support projects that identify, evaluate, and control safety and environmental hazards in all business activities in France.
• Apply EHS Management System elements to meet French legal requirements and Boeing standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and accidents, develop root‑cause analyses, and oversee corrective actions.
• Guide management in enhancing safety leadership and collaborate with the local works council.
• Communicate EHS metrics and compliance status to functional teams, local leadership, and the EMEA EHS department.
• Assist with site audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Evaluate risk‑management technologies and provide regulatory assessments.
• Maintain mandatory EHS documentation and records in line with French regulations.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees and contractors on EHS matters.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or successful completion of an occupational apprenticeship in logistics or wholesale.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and environmental program responsibilities, preferably in warehouse logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of French health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with SAP‑based ERP systems.
