Operations Development Product Group Manager

In this strategic position you will shape the future of our industrial footprint, drive complex transformation programmes across multiple geographies and influence senior‑leadership decisions that directly impact performance, competitiveness and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives covering manufacturing footprint, automation, digital transformation (ERP, MES, WMS, RPA) and operational excellence.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing Operations Development team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Translate product‑group strategy into actionable road‑maps and ensure alignment across regions, functions and stakeholders.
• Manage large‑scale, cross‑functional international programmes, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Engage with stakeholders from shop‑floor to executive level and collaborate with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain and Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex international manufacturing transformation, CAPEX/footprint or relocation projects.
• Strong background in digitalisation initiatives such as ERP, MES, WMS and RPA.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Authentic, strategic and action‑oriented leadership style with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in uncertainty, build trust‑based relationships globally and drive results.
