Night Ambassador – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador and be the face of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will welcome guests, manage self‑check‑in kiosks, and ensure a seamless, memorable stay while the city sleeps.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with self‑check‑in.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, providing local recommendations and answering guest queries.
• Maintain the living‑room area, clean the canteen, and set up food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations and perform the nightly audit using the Property Management System (PMS).
• Manage keys, oversee night‑time operations, and respond to emergencies.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to treat guests like friends.
• Collaborative mindset and optimistic outlook.
• Curious problem‑solver who looks for simple, bold improvements.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and night audit.
