National Account Manager – Home & Outdoor Brands

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven National Account Manager to lead the growth of our OXO and Hydro Flask brands across Europe. Based in Paris and working 100 % remotely, you will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability and market share through key distributor networks, both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategy to increase revenue and improve margins.
• Develop channel plans, define must‑win SKU‑customer combinations and translate them into actionable customer strategies.
• Manage customer P&L, adapt pricing and product portfolio to market conditions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for short‑ and long‑term profit.
• Collaborate with central marketing to turn strategy into customer plans and joint business plans.
• Lead strategic direction across EMEA, aligning with sales teams and leveraging synergies.
• Negotiate annual agreements, pricing structures and promotional requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account or key‑account management within consumer goods or houseware sectors.
• Strong understanding of European distributor networks and retail channels.
• Ability to manage P&L, pricing and margin optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
