Multi-Site Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑Site Quality Engineer to act as the key link between our manufacturing plants and technical control labs. In this position you will partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing to drive quality performance, support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing challenges across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
• Support plant leadership in driving quality performance and operational excellence.
• Manage investigations and resolve manufacturing and technical issues using Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis.
• Support new product commercialization, product transfers and acquisition integrations.
• Drive implementation of quality‑related systems, processes and digital tools.
• Deliver training and guidance to quality teams across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering‑related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services or Product Development.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence change and work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
