MS Active Directory Engineer – Hybrid (Paris)

About the role

We are looking for an MS Active Directory Engineer to join HCLTech’s team at a leading banking client in Paris. The position is permanent and hybrid, with three days on‑site each week, and offers the chance to work on critical identity and infrastructure services in a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day operational continuity of Microsoft‑based infrastructure services.
• Plan, implement and rollback service changes following defined processes, including impact assessments.
• Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders and end‑users.
• Participate in identity‑related projects and cross‑entity meetings to ensure alignment.
• Keep procedures, technical documentation and related materials accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Fluent French and strong English (B2/C1 level).
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with multinational teams.
