Mid-Market Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Manager for Uber Eats, you will be responsible for a portfolio of local favourite restaurants across France. You will build long‑term commercial relationships, drive growth, and ensure profitability by leveraging Uber’s suite of products and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with restaurant partners, articulating Uber Eats’ value proposition.
• Identify risks and work proactively to achieve 100% account retention, including contract renegotiations.
• Co‑define growth strategies and lead initiatives such as marketing recommendations, menu optimisation, and operational improvements.
• Use Uber’s data to uncover opportunities, build persuasive pitches, and analyse the impact of implemented solutions.
• Collect partner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to influence product and business roadmaps.
• Act as an ambassador for Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and products.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in client‑facing account management or a comparable commercial role.
• Fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, capable of presenting value propositions and overcoming objections.
• Motivated to work with top restaurants and achieve quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets.
