Mid-Market Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role

As a Mid‑Market Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will be responsible for a portfolio of local favourite restaurants, driving long‑term commercial relationships, growth and profitability. You will work closely with restaurant partners to optimise their operations and help them leverage the full suite of Uber products.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate and sell the Uber Eats value proposition to restaurant partners.
• Identify and mitigate partnership risks to achieve 100% account retention.
• Lead commercial discussions, including contract renegotiations.
• Co‑define growth strategies and implement marketing, menu optimisation and operational recommendations.
• Use Uber data to uncover opportunities, build compelling pitches and analyse results.
• Gather partner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to influence product and business roadmaps.
• Represent Uber Eats’ mission, brand and product as an ambassador.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in client‑facing account management or a comparable commercial role.
• Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with a passion for working with top restaurants.
