About the role

The PMI (Protection Maternelle et Infantile) doctor works under the authority of the territorial PMI physician to implement departmental policies aimed at protecting and promoting maternal and infant health within the assigned sector.

Key responsibilities

Implement and monitor departmental health policies for mothers and children as defined by the departmental assembly.
Coordinate health promotion activities and preventive measures for maternal and infant populations.
Collaborate with local health services and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of PMI programs.

Required profile

Qualified medical doctor (MD) with a focus on maternal and infant health or public health.
Experience in community health or preventive medicine is desirable.
Ability to work within a public sector framework and follow departmental guidelines.
