Mécanicien H225 – Maintenance d'hélicoptères

About the role

As a H225 Mechanic, you will join Airbus Helicopters' maintenance team in the Marseille area, performing both preventive and corrective work on a fleet of helicopters. You will ensure aircraft airworthiness while collaborating closely with technicians and team leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various helicopter types according to maintenance directives and regulations.
• Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic faults, perform repairs, adjustments and replace defective parts.
• Conduct inspections and checks required to guarantee aircraft navigability.
• Document all interventions accurately to maintain traceability.
• Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
• Work closely with other team members while strictly following safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in aeronautical maintenance (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS, Licence Pro, etc.) or equivalent.
• Significant experience with helicopter maintenance is strongly desired.
• Rigorous, precise, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and communicate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in hydraulic systems and flight‑control mechanisms.
• Understanding of helicopter avionics.
• Competence with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP, MES and Logbook software.
